To settle the estate of the late Gerald W. Critcher we will be selling at auction the real estate, classic cars, tractors, farm equipment, tools, vehicles, and personal property located at 12316 Beach Rd. Chesterfield VA on May 9, 2020.
This will be an onsite auction with online bidding only. The personal property auction will begin to close at 12:10 PM May 9, 2020 and will close at the rate of 3 items per minute with a one minute auto extend.
The personal property and vehicles are being sold to the highest bidder regardless of price. The real estate will be sold subject to seller confirmation at 12:00 Noon on May 9, 2020.
Preview: All items can be previewed the day before the auction (May 8) from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM and Saturday May 9 From 9 AM till Noon. You must schedule your preview times using the Sign Up Genius link found here: https://www.signupgenius.com/go/9040E48AFAC29A4F58-gerald
Item Pickup: Items may be picked up after the auction on Saturday May 9 from 2:00 PM until 7:00 PM. And on Sunday May 10 from 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM. Immediately after the auction all winning bidders will be sent a link to sign up for pickup times.
Term and Conditions:
Buyers Premium and Sales Tax: The Buyer's Premium of 10% will be added to each successful bid. Virginia Sales Tax of 5.3% will be charged on all items except titled vehicles unless the buyer provides a valid sales tax exemption form. Sales tax exemption must be claimed and form presented before payment is made.
Merchandise: All Items Are Sold AS IS, WHERE IS, WITHOUT GUARANTEE. We urge you to examine all items carefully and satisfy yourself as to the condition and bid accordingly. We will not be accepting returns or providing refunds.
Payment: Cash, Credit Card (3% Convenience Fee Applies), or Good Check are approved methods of payment. The live/online simulcast auction items will require bidders to enter a valid credit card in order to register to bid. The credit card will be checked for available credit of at least $100 but the card will not be charged. At the end of the auction all successful online bidders will receive an invoice via email and payment can be made online or in person at pickup. If payment arrangements are not made within 24 hours then the credit card used for authorization purposes at the time of registration will be charged. All payment arrangements whether cash, check, or card must be made the day of sale and before any items are picked up or removed from the premises.
Bidding: You must be registered to place a bid on an item. By placing a bid, you agree to all the terms and conditions that apply to this auction. All bids are final. We cannot retract or remove a bid. We respect your privacy and that of the other bidders. We will not release your information to anyone without your permission. This is a live onsite auction with online simulcast bidding available on the vehicles and select personal property items. If you have already registered to bid online and you decide to attend the live auction in person you will need to check in and receive a bidder card in order to participate in the live auction event.
Shipping: Shipping Arrangements Can Be Made At The Buyers Expense For Vehicles, Tractors, and Some of the Items With Online Bidding.
Preview And Pickup: All of the items will be available to preview at the auction location on Friday April 10, 2020 from 12 PM to 6 PM. Please satisfy yourself as to the condition of each item before placing your bids. Pickup time is auction day April 11 2020 until 5 PM.
